• Damaged, opened, missing, visibly tampered with, or incorrect packages should be reported within 48 hours after delivery with the order number, photos or videos, and shipping label details.

Customers may request a return within 30 days after the package is delivered according to the carrier tracking record. All return requests must be reviewed and approved before any item is sent back.

• Returned items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
• Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, accessories, parts, and included components.
• Kitchen and home-use items may be refused if they show signs of food contact, stains, odors, washing, cutting marks, scratches, heavy wear, missing parts, or hygiene concerns.
• Opened, used, washed, altered, food-exposed, final sale, clearance, personalized, customized, or special-order items may be non-returnable where applicable.
• If the return is caused by customer preference, incorrect product choice, change of mind, or ordering by mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the issue is caused by our error, verified defect, wrong item, or confirmed shipping damage, we may provide a prepaid return label, reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, offer a replacement, or provide another suitable solution.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days after return inspection and approval.
