We provide worldwide shipping services for kitchen and home-use products where carrier service is available. Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- United States: USD $4.99 standard shipping, with free shipping for orders of USD $89 or more.
- Europe: USD $13.99 standard shipping, with free shipping for orders of USD $149 or more.
- Other worldwide regions: USD $17.99 standard shipping.
- Estimated delivery after dispatch: United States 7–15 business days, Europe 8–18 business days, and other worldwide regions 10–25 business days.
- Tracking information will be sent by email when available and may take 48–72 hours to update after shipment.
- For U.S. domestic orders, there are no customs duties or import taxes. For orders outside the United States, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless required by law.
- Damaged, opened, missing, visibly tampered with, or incorrect packages should be reported within 48 hours after delivery with the order number, photos or videos, and shipping label details.
Refund and Returns Policy
Customers may request a return within 30 days after the package is delivered according to the carrier tracking record. All return requests must be reviewed and approved before any item is sent back.
- Returned items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, accessories, parts, and included components.
- Kitchen and home-use items may be refused if they show signs of food contact, stains, odors, washing, cutting marks, scratches, heavy wear, missing parts, or hygiene concerns.
- Opened, used, washed, altered, food-exposed, final sale, clearance, personalized, customized, or special-order items may be non-returnable where applicable.
- If the return is caused by customer preference, incorrect product choice, change of mind, or ordering by mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the issue is caused by our error, verified defect, wrong item, or confirmed shipping damage, we may provide a prepaid return label, reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, offer a replacement, or provide another suitable solution.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days after return inspection and approval.

About Black Walnut: Black walnut wood is dark, hard, dense and tight-grained. It’s prized by woodworkers for its strength, grain and color. It polishes to a very smooth finish, and the color ranges from creamy white in the sapwood to a dark chocolate in the heartwood.
About Maple: Maple typically ranges from white to creamy off-white and features a fine, even-textured grain. It is also known for a variety of distinctive figure patterns, including curl, bird’s-eye, and quilted.
About Cherry: The heartwood starts as a light pinkish-brown when freshly cut and gradually darkens to a rich, medium reddish-brown with age and light exposure. The sapwood contrasts with a creamy pale-yellow color, occasionally marked by dark red or black pitch pockets.
Finish: Your Cutting Board has been pre-seasoned with 4 coats of Cutting Board Oil before being shipped. This food-grade mineral oil is enriched with vitamin E, providing an excellent foundation for maintaining the board’s quality.
Custom: The image shown is an example of what you can expect. Due to the natural variations in wood, your piece will feature its own unique grain and color. Most of our cutting boards are made to order, ensuring each one is truly one of a kind.
