It is 12 1/2 inches long and 2 1/2 inches wide.
It has a gently curving blade that tapers to a thin edge on the front and sides.
Perfect for mixing dough.
The rounded tip is good for mixing and for scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl.
You can use it to serve sticky rice as a rice paddle.
You can flip pancakes with it.
I use mine when I’m making Guacamole.
The one pictured is an example. The one you receive will vary in grain and color but Cherry wood darkens quickly so it will be a much richer and darker shade of red in about a year.
Finished with beeswax and mineral oil.
