- Tracking information will be sent by email when available and may take 48–72 hours to update after shipment.

Refund and Returns Policy
Customers may request a return within 30 days after the package is delivered according to the carrier tracking record. All return requests must be reviewed and approved before any item is sent back.

- Opened, used, washed, altered, food-exposed, final sale, clearance, personalized, customized, or special-order items may be non-returnable where applicable.
- If the return is caused by customer preference, incorrect product choice, change of mind, or ordering by mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the issue is caused by our error, verified defect, wrong item, or confirmed shipping damage, we may provide a prepaid return label, reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, offer a replacement, or provide another suitable solution.

SIZE INFORMATION:
• See drop down menu for available sizes. Measurements are in INCHES. Sizes will vary, none are exact. All noted sizes are approximate and may be a bit larger or smaller than stated measurements.
• This type of gauze is specifically made to get that fluffy crinkle texture after washing (psssst…pro tip: texture hides stains!).
• Please note that each batch of gauze crinkles differently and some wrinkle more thin others making towels appear to be different in size.
• Fibers will stretch with use and contract when dried. If you prefer the towel to stay larger, and have less crinkle texture, lay flat to dry.
FABRIC INFORMATION: Each towel is handcrafted from 1 sheet of double-layered 100% cotton gauze, making it 2-ply. The lightweight, breathable fabric is thin and almost transparent, with a loose weave that gives it a unique, airy crinkle texture.
